SSL negotiation failed: SSL disabled due to library version mismatch

svn: PROPFIND of : SSL negotiation failed: SSL disabled due to library version mismatch ()

There were lots of threads in many forums that suggested re-emerging openssl and svn, but that didn’t do it for me.

Finally I stumbled upon a thread that suggested something I wouldn’t have thought of: What I finally had to do was re-emerge neon. Once I got the latest version of neon, all was well. Though it wasn’t immediately obvious. I would think that if it was that important of a dependancy, emerging either openssl or subversion would have noticed I had an old, crufty version of it.
